The approx. 80 sqm holiday flat (for max. 3 persons) is located in the beautiful Wilhemshaven district of Voslapp, in a very quiet neighbourhood (cul-de-sac), only a few minutes' drive from the dyke and the North Sea. The very tastefully furnished 3-room flat is located on the 1st floor of the two-family house and has a spacious bedroom, a living room with a large loggia, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a guest room, a large, modern bathroom with shower and bathtub and a guest WC. All rooms have wooden parquet flooring, the bathroom and guest WC are fully tiled. All rooms are equipped with panel radiators and can be heated during the usual heating period. Free parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. LIVING ROOM The open-plan living room is furnished with a cosy leather seating area consisting of 2 two-seaters, an armchair and a wooden chest of drawers, which also houses the dining area with a corner bench, 2 chairs and a table. The living room also has a modern flat-screen TV with satellite TV and a radio. There is a small, separately furnished seating area for bookworms. The living room leads onto the large loggia, which is furnished with suitable seating. From here you have a wonderful view of the lovingly tended garden. BEDROOM In the spacious bedroom there is a large 180x200 cm double bed with matching bedside cabinets and a 5-door wardrobe. Everything here invites you to enjoy a long, relaxing holiday in Wilhelmshaven. GUEST or CHILDREN'S ROOM The large room has a 90x200 cm single bed, a wardrobe and a desk under the window. KITCHEN The bright, fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plenty of crockery and a small breakfast nook is ideal for shared breakfasts and self-catering. BATHROOM The fully tiled, bright bathroom has a large window with plenty of natural light. Equipped with a washbasin, WC, shower basin and large bathtub, it offers plenty of space for 2 people. GUEST WC The guest WC is also fully tiled. With a WC, washbasin and a large skylight, it offers plenty of natural light and can be used for the morning "cat wash". LOGGIA The loggia overlooks the large garden and has 2 garden chairs with cushions and a garden table. The two-family house is surrounded by a large garden hedge. SERVICE Towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided free of charge and changed weekly for longer stays. A washing machine in the bathroom and free WLAN reception are also available. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 10-15 minutes' walk) there are numerous shopping facilities such as Marktkauf, Aldi and several smaller shops, there are bakeries, snack bars, restaurants (Italian, Greek, Balkan etc.), pubs, hairdressers, petrol stations, doctors, pharmacies etc. A bowling alley, a bowling centre and an outdoor swimming pool are also within easy walking distance. The transport connections are very good. There is a bus stop nearby and the motorway can also be reached in 5 minutes.
