KITCHEN The bright, fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plenty of crockery and a small breakfast nook is ideal for shared breakfasts and self-catering. BATHROOM The fully tiled, bright bathroom has a large window with plenty of natural light. Equipped with a washbasin, WC, shower basin and large bathtub, it offers plenty of space for 2 people. GUEST WC The guest WC is also fully tiled. With a WC, washbasin and a large skylight, it offers plenty of natural light and can be used for the morning "cat wash". LOGGIA The loggia overlooks the large garden and has 2 garden chairs with cushions and a garden table. The two-family house is surrounded by a large garden hedge. The transport connections are very good. There is a bus stop nearby and the motorway can also be reached in 5 minutes.
