Welcome to our holiday home by the sea! The light-filled living area of our house, Meerblick09, combined with an open-plan kitchen and modern appliances, including a high-quality fitted kitchen with a microwave, creates a welcoming atmosphere. Of course, a Senseo coffee machine is also available for brewing your favorite pot of coffee. The spacious dining table is the heart of the home, ideal for shared meals and cozy gatherings in front of the wood-burning stove. The rear area, facing the sun terrace, offers a relaxing sofa corner and a TV. A guest WC is located on the ground floor. The first floor comprises two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and a sauna. The master bedroom also has an additional TV. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The gallery with its furnished loggia offers a retreat with a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A small desk is also available here for undisturbed work. From the balcony, you can relax with a cup of tea while gazing at the sea and watching the ships sail by. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the house. Another highlight is the spacious corner terrace. Here you'll find six chairs, a table, a parasol, and a beach chair. The small shed directly adjacent to the house contains a handcart for your free use, making trips to the beach easier. Two adult bicycles can be stored in the lockable shed. A travel cot, bed rail, and highchair are available upon request. Shared washing machines and dryers are available for a fee. A free private parking space is available directly in front of the house. Bed linen and towels (excluding beach and sauna towels) can be added for a fee.
