Holiday home in Prerow with swimming pool

House:
Built in 1997 according to the owner's designs, this holiday home features large French windows with interior and exterior blinds that bring the outdoors in. The living area extends over two floors, with a gallery upstairs and an open-plan, fully equipped fitted kitchen with a spacious dining area downstairs. Each floor has a bedroom and a bathroom: downstairs a shower room with a separate toilet, upstairs a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and underfloor heating. The property is situated on a well-established plot with mature trees, a carport, two terraces, and other seating areas in the garden. Access to the village and the house is via a paved road with no through traffic, ending in a cul-de-sac next to the house and the dike. The beach can only be reached by bicycle or on foot through the dune forest (approx. 300 m).
