This detached timber-framed house enjoys a quiet location in Mesenich, a little community in the Cochem holiday region, centrally located between Cochem and Zell, Koblenz and Trier. The house faces south and has a little outdoor sitting area.

An outdoor seating area awaits you with a charcoal grill, for leisurely grille evenings. The owner can provide two 7-gear bicycles. You can park your car free of charge on a public parking space.

The accommodation provides around 45m² of living space for up to two people and brings together modern comfort and the flair of old oak beams, stairs and floorboards. The nearest grocery shop is about 5km away. It is just 100 metres to cafes and restaurants. If you enjoy sports activities, you can visit a golf course, a swimming pool and canoe hire (ca. 4km), as well as a tennis court (ca. 1km) and water sports (just 100 metres away). It is just 100 metres to the Moselle.
