The ground-floor flat is an independent annex with a separate entrance to a holiday home with five other flats.

The large living and dining room impresses with its large panoramic window. The living area has an upholstered suite and satellite TV, while the cosy dining area adjoining the kitchen with a corner bench and an extendable dining table also offers an impressive view of the large garden.
