The apartment with a balcony faces west. Enjoy the sun on the balcony from midday onwards and the view of the Baltic Sea (see picture). In the living room with adjoining dining area, you will find a comfortable sofa and two armchairs for relaxing. The dining table adjacent to the living room offers ample space for four people. The kitchenette is also located here, equipped with plenty of dishes, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. In the first bedroom, a double bed invites you to a restful sleep. There is plenty of space in the wardrobe for your holiday clothes. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable and sturdy bunk bed. Underground parking, bicycle storage, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, an elevator, and a café are located in the building. All rooms, including the underground parking garage and the outdoor area, are wheelchair accessible. Underground parking space for vehicles up to 1.80m in height (Sharan/Galaxy) and a maximum weight of 2000 kg. Shops, restaurants, and a bank are in the immediate vicinity.
