Adjacent to the bathroom, you can enjoy the warmth of the sauna/infrared cabin on cooler days. On the 10-square-meter southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy the fresh sea air and views of the Tromper Wiek bay all the way to Cape Arkona. The apartment also includes a parking space in the building's underground garage. A shared sauna with a relaxation area is available in the adjacent "Bodden-Markt" building, which you can use free of charge after registering.
