Inside, you can expect a living space of 80 m², spread over three lovingly designed levels. The entrance to the house leads you through a hallway into the open-plan living and dining area. In the living room, a comfortable seating area, a large-screen LED TV and a spacious, solid brick fireplace invite you to linger. An adjoining, spacious seating area, which also serves as a dining room, provides a cosy setting for shared meals. The gallery, accessible via a small staircase, houses a newly fitted kitchen (since December 2018) with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, freezer compartment and microwave, as well as a shower room and a bedroom with adjoining toilet room.

The outdoor area of the holiday home is furnished with a wooden seating table, a comfortable seating area under a spacious parasol, two sun loungers, a beach chair and a barbecue fireplace. The car park is conveniently located close to the house, making arrivals and departures as well as daily excursions a breeze.

In addition to the natural beauty of the approx. 10,000 m² Silbersee bathing lake, the area surrounding the holiday home offers a wide range of leisure activities. Surrounded by extensive forests that invite you to go hiking and mountain biking, guests can enjoy a variety of amenities within the park, including a modern climbing park, an indoor play paradise, a wellness area with indoor pool, all-weather toboggan run, petting zoo and much more. Bicycle hire is also available, as are fishing, basketball and tennis facilities.
