Holiday and guest flat O11 for 4-12 people (125m²) in the Künstlerhaus in Lichtenfels-Sachsenberg, Waldecker Land, Kellerwald-Edersee National Park (World Heritage Site), Diemelsee, Twistesee, Sauerland, Winterberg, Willingen, Medebach (10 km). The holiday flat has 4 ½ rooms, a large, well-equipped eat-in kitchen and direct access to the garden on the ground floor.
The bedrooms: No. 1 with queen-size bed (1.40m x 2m) for two people. No. 2 with queen-size bed (1.40m x 2m) for two people. No. 3 with double bed (1.80m x 2m) for two people. The living room (approx. 30 m²) consists of two rooms with a passageway.
In the rear room no. 4.a there are two single beds (1x2m; 0.90x1.90m). There are also two sofa beds (1.40m x 2m; 2x 0.80m x 2m). There is a folding baby bed and 2 children's mattresses. The 2 bathrooms have level-access showers, one of which is disabled-friendly with a folding support handle and wheelchair-accessible washbasin. The eat-in kitchen has direct access to the south-facing garden. It is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment and complete kitchen equipment for 6-12 people. There are two large tables and 14 chairs. You can watch TV, listen to music and read in the living room with a settee. Well-stocked bookshelf, many art and nature magazines. Original art and handicrafts from all over the world throughout the flat. The flat is accessible for people with walking difficulties through a door with a single step. Suitable for wheelchairs to a limited extent. The guest garden is separated from the street and the property by walls and trees. You can stay there undisturbed and small children can play there safely. A table and chairs await guests, deckchairs, barbecue and rotary clothes dryer are also available. Children's playground right next door. Internet connection, W-Lan and, if required, a laptop are available free of charge to access the Internet. There are swimming pools 8 km (Frankenberg) and 10 km (Medebach) away, the Edersee is 12 km away. Sachsenberg is situated between two rivers (Nuhne and Orke) and has a pond with Kneipp basin. Courses ranging from wild herb cookery (insider tip: Sachsenberg Green Sauce with 14 herbs) to South Indian cuisine and art and culture topics on request.
