The detached holiday home is located in a holiday home area. In a very quiet location.
The distance to the lake is approx. 110 metres. Lake Heeder has a beautiful sandy beach.
At the lake there is a large water ski facility, volleyball court and a large trampoline,
and a snack bar.

There are 2 floors. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m) and a bathroom, as well as a kitchen and living room with an open staircase to the upper floor. There is heating in all rooms (gas heating). On the upper floor there are a further 3 rooms and a bathroom. 2 bedrooms each with a bed and additionally with a bed box bed (0.90 m) 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (0.90 m).

The ground floor, about 60 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: A living room , TV radio and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sink (washing up and drying cloths) fridge with freezer compartment and large dining table.

The house has a south-facing terrace and a north-facing terrace with garden chairs, table and 2 deckchairs. A large parasol and barbecue. There is a small sandpit for the youngest guests.

The distance to the beach is approx. 100 m, to the large water ski facility approx. 250 m.
Within a radius of approx. 2.5 km there are several restaurants, a café, bakery, grocery and butcher's shop and pharmacy.
At the weekend, organic meat can be bought directly from the farm (1 km away).
Various discount supermarkets and the tourist information centre are 8 km away.
The river Ems with a beautiful cycle path is 2.5 km away.
The Ems cycle path leads to Papenburg with its many sights and the large Meyer shipyard.
It is approx. 6.5 km to Holland. Just over the "border" is the Bourtange fortress. The perfectly restored small fortified town to the east of the city of Groningen dates back to 1580. Like most fortified towns, Bourtange is built in the shape of a star.
Clemenswerth Castle, the megalithic tombs and the moorland are other marvellous places to visit.
