Our holiday flat is located in Tossen on the Butjadingens peninsula, very close to the Frisian beach. With its pirate adventure playground, it offers the best conditions for a day full of adventure right by the North Sea. Brand new and unique in Germany, there is a baby beach here! Tropical temperatures prevail all year round in the Aqua Mundo adventure pool at Center Parcs Nordseeküste, with a tyre slide, large wave pool and a lavishly designed wellness area with an extensive range of facilities. The Pütten (large fishing ponds) make anglers' hearts beat faster and are also ideal for a walk. The long promenade leading to the dyke offers the opportunity to stroll and feast. Numerous restaurants here offer fresh North Sea flavours. Don't miss out on guided hikes in the Wadden Sea UNESCO World Heritage Site. Of course, there are numerous excursion options by bike (250 km of cycle paths), cutter or on foot. A speciality in Butjadingen: The North Sea lagoon - here you can beat the ebb and flow of the tide. And if the sun isn't shining, your children will love a trip to the play barn in Burhave.

Welcome to our 70 m² modern holiday flat in Haus Albatros with free, unlimited WLAN (no free wireless, which you have to share with others). It is located on the 3rd floor (accessible by lift) and has 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a queen-size bed, the third with a box-spring single bed and pull-out sofa bed), a large living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area and a spacious balcony. The modern living room has a cosy couch, LED TV, Blue-Ray player with DVDs with various films for young and old as well as a WII games console with balance board and various board games. Exciting holiday reading is also provided. The large south/west-facing balcony is fully furnished with table and chairs and an electric table barbecue is available for your barbecuing pleasure. A raclette and fondue machine provide variety on the menu. Hungry in between? How about savoury or sweet waffles fresh from the waffle iron? You'll find the right recipes in the cookery books available. And if your clothes need a wash after romping in the mudflats, simply use the washing machine provided. You can park your car or pedelec in the underground car park. Additional free parking spaces are available in front of the house.
