Our cosy country-style Deichhuus in Tossens is located directly behind the Centerpark in a cul-de-sac on a very large fenced property. There is a carport for your car directly at the house and a private car park about 10 metres away.

The bedrooms and the bathroom are equipped with fly screens and all rooms can be completely darkened.
There are also 2 televisions in the bedrooms.

The house is cosily furnished. A bar adjoins the kitchen as a room divider.
The kitchen itself is equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher/microwave/toaster/egg cooker, coffee machine, Senseo, plenty of cookware/utensils (also for baking) etc.

On request, you can also borrow a baby travel cot/fall-out protection for the bunk bed below, a pedestal for the washbasin and a high chair free of charge (please register 1 week before arrival)
Plenty of crockery for children is available.

There is an outdoor fireplace on the terrace.
A charcoal barbecue and seating for 4 people as well as 2 sun loungers, 1 folding lounger and a parasol are available.
You can conveniently store your bicycles (partly covered) behind the house. The door to the garden can of course be locked.

The Deichhuus is an allergy-friendly, non-smoking holiday home.
Dogs and pets are therefore "not" permitted.
The occupancy of the house is suitable for max. 2 adults and 2 children.
Parties and events are not permitted.
One step into the house and 1 step onto the terrace.
A very large fenced garden with a view of the field and the dyke to the side (approx. 750 square metres)
Carport directly at the house entrance.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom. In the dining area there are plenty of (also for adults) games/puzzles/colouring materials/books to use. You can also access Netflix via the TV in the living room.
Of course, WiFi is also available in the holiday home.
The furniture in the children's room is made of wood and offers a small reading corner for children under the ceiling.
The fully fenced garden is very large and right on the ditch/edge of the field. From the back garden, you have a view of the dike.
