The second bathroom with WC also has a bathtub in addition to a walk-in shower. In the spacious living area with flat screen TV, a large, cosy sofa corner invites you to relax and the dining area for 6 people offers plenty of space for eating and playing. The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth on cold winter days or simply for cosy hours all year round. The open, bright and friendly kitchen adjoining the living area is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher. A storage room in the house and a carport for storing cars and bicycles complete the comfortable, spacious facilities of the bungalow. Patio doors from the living area, one of the double bedrooms and the kitchen lead out onto the terrace behind the house and into the garden, which is bordered by a newly planted hedge. Patio furniture is available. The size and ground-level design, as well as the large, open-plan living and kitchen area and the bathroom with a barrier-free shower also offer sufficient freedom of movement for wheelchair users. A baby travel cot and a high chair are also available.
