The cosy roof-only house (non-smoking) for a maximum of 4 people is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the quiet Achtern Diek holiday home complex, with a wonderful view of the neighbouring meadows.

From the living area on the ground floor you have access to the large, partly covered terrace and the adjoining, fully fenced garden.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a room with two single beds. On the ground floor there is a small shower room and a separate WC and a small, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and hob with oven. The dormer window installed during the renovation work has created a bright separate dining area in the living area, which offers plenty of space for eating and playing. With a baby travel cot and a high chair, which are provided free of charge by the owner, as well as a toilet seat for children and a hump in the bathroom, the house offers family-friendly facilities.

The complex is located directly on the North Sea dyke, so that you can reach the North Sea lagoon, the green beach of Burhave or the play barn in just a few minutes on foot. The centre of Butjadingen-Burhave, which offers numerous restaurants and shopping facilities, is also within easy reach by bike or on foot. The proximity to the North Sea dyke offers a good starting point for long walks or cycle tours along the coast of Butjadingen. Just a few minutes' walk from the holiday home, the dog beach and another designated dog meadow behind the play barn offer the opportunity for your four-legged friends to romp around to their heart's content.
