The holiday village has a 50,000 square metre swimming lake. Playground, tennis court for a fee, volleyball court, football pitch, bicycle hire and a cosy little restaurant. It is about 150 metres from house J 4 to the dyke and about 250 metres to the bathing lake. The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry pier and starting point for guided mudflat walks with Matthias Schulz is about 700 metres away.

A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house free of charge.
