Moin, moin and welcome to North Sea fun all year round. You can spend your holiday in our fully renovated duplex house at Center Parcs Tossens, which is typical of the North Sea.

A cosy house awaits you with 65m² of living space and a south-facing terrace, inviting you to relax and grill. The house is fully-equipped for four people. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchen unit that includes a dishwasher, a ceramic hob and a microwave – no space for an oven. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The first floor comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the other with two single beds, as well as wardrobes with generous storage space. The house has been fully renovated, including a new bathroom, a new kitchen unit and all new furniture. The ground floor had tiled flooring with a wooden veneer, the first floor is laid with laminate. The living room provides a flatscreen TV with cable channels, a DVD player and a stereo system. There is a second flatscreen TV with a DVB-T receiver in one of the bedrooms.

Outside there is a south-facing terrace. There are parking spaces right in front of the house.

If you would like to go on holiday with friends and are looking for other houses, we can offer two further semi-detached houses at Center Parcs, property nos. 489403 and 946834. You can benefit from our agreement with Center Parcs with a 50% price reduction on entrance prices to the “Aqua Mundo” swimming landscape. You will require a permit that we can send to you on request before your arrival. Please also note that smoking is prohibited in the house and that pets are not allowed. Due to the current situation, caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, there are access restrictions when visiting the Aqua Mondo des Center Parcs. Please inquire about the current status directly at Center Parcs Nordseeküste before booking.

Whether you are on holiday with the family, as a couple or alone, are looking for peace and quiet, would like to enjoy sports or simply laze, this is the right place for you. The beach is about 600 metres away, the indoor pool landscape at Center Parcs, bicycle hire and all other recreational facilities are about 250 metres away. A selection of restaurants and a bakery are also within walking distance.
