The roof-only house exudes pure cosiness and is constantly updated by the owners. The holiday home has a bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed and access to the small balcony. Another bedroom has two single beds. On the ground floor there is another room for one person with a single bed. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The living room has a cosy seating area and a separate dining area. The living area is laid out with laminate flooring and you have a wonderful view of the garden through a large window front. The bathroom with shower and WC is also on the ground floor. The large garden of 350 square metres is completely screened off to the rear by a high wooden fence. A dense natural hedge separates the left and right sides of the property. Small children can have fun digging in the existing sandpit. The house is located in a cul-de-sac of the holiday park and therefore offers a great, quiet location. Pure holiday and relaxation.

The cosy roof-only house is located in the popular North Sea holiday park Fedderwardersiel. The dyke is just a few minutes' walk away and the shrimp cutter harbour and marina are also within easy walking distance. The play barn in Burhave provides plenty of fun for children and, when the weather is fine, they can swim and dig in the large North Sea lagoon (which is always full of water). These destinations can also be easily reached on foot or by bike.

The North Sea resort of Burhave is the largest town on the peninsula and can be reached by car in approx. 5 minutes. The town offers numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities.
