On the edge of the Rothaargebirge, between the wooded Sauerland and Ederbergland with their rolling hills, just a few kilometres from Winterberg, lies a small, quiet recreation area on the edge of the municipality of Bromskirchen.An ideal environment to reconcile culture and nature, with an abundance of sports such as cycling, jogging, hiking in summer and cross-country skiing and skiing in winter, our rustic hunting lodge is located at an altitude of 550m on a large well-kept property with terrace and garden right on the edge of the forest and directly on the Hochheide.

The contents of the storeroom change depending on the season. In summer you will find a barbecue, deckchairs, garden chairs (incl. cushions), a large parasol ... In winter the sledges are available and from spring to autumn the terrace is equipped with a massive table and benches.

Up to 2 adults and max. 2 children can relax in our cosy holiday home, enjoy the peace and quiet, nature and leave everyday life behind. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. 54m² of living space offer you a cosy house with elements from the hunt, which offers you a special comfort and is situated in an absolutely quiet location on the edge of the forest. in the entrance area there are immediate possibilities for storing shoes, jackets and umbrellas. the living area invites you to relax. It is equipped with night storage heating and a very cosy fireplace. You will also find a sofa, a dining area, satellite TV with DVD player and hi-fi system. Finally, there is also plenty of information at your disposal about the environment, places of interest and possible activities, and after a day in nature, the romance and warmth of the crackling fireplace awaits you in the evening. In the large bedroom is a bed of 160 x 200cm with 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has a bed of 135 x 200cm with bedside table and is equipped with a small chest of drawers. Both bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom window are fitted with fly screens and the bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror, cupboard and towel rail and in the kitchen you will find everything you need: Plates, cutlery, pots, crockery and kitchen towels... Most electrical appliances are also available: Fridge with freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The house is located in the holiday area "Auf den Betten" (quiet location at the edge of the forest) about 1.5 km from the centre of the village. There is a bakery, a small shop and a bank. 4km away is Hallenberg where you can find restaurants, a pharmacy, shops (like Rewe and Netto Discount) and ski slopes in Züschen (12km), Winterberg (18km) and Willingen (42km). In summer a trip to the Edersee is very nice (56km).

Bed linen is ready for you on arrival and 1 towel per person in the bathroom. Unfortunately there are no large bath towels in the house. Dish towels are available in the kitchen and a quantity of firewood is included in the rental price. If more wood is needed, guests can buy wood at their own expense in the shops in the neighbourhood. pets are unfortunately not allowed in the house.
