You will be staying in close proximity (approx. 10 minutes on foot) to the beautiful, fine sandy beach of the Schaabe, at 12 km the longest natural bathing bay on the island of Rügen. The harbor of Breege (approx. 5 minutes on foot) is a popular destination and the starting point for ferry trips to Hiddensee and Ralswiek for the Störtebeker Festival. Approximately 2 km away in Altenkirchen, you will find a Netto supermarket, the "Stolz" department store, an Edeka supermarket, and a beverage store. Restaurants and bicycle rentals are nearby. There are excellent cycling and hiking opportunities for exploring the island. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (fee: EURO5 per pet per night).
