The living area with a table, 5 chairs and a cosy living area has real oil paintings on the walls, a fireplace for romantic evenings as well as WiFi access and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The outdoor area of the house invites you to linger with its terrace directly facing the water. Equipped with teak furniture, a beach chair, sun loungers and parasols as well as an outdoor barbecue, it is the perfect place to unwind. There are also two car parking spaces right next to the house. The privileged view of the Bodden can be enjoyed from the living area, the terrace and even from one of the bedrooms.

The proximity to the endless fine white sandy Baltic Sea beach and secluded cycle paths, some of which run directly along the sea, offer ideal conditions for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Rügen.
