The quiet and green location on the edge of the village makes for a relaxing holiday. Bodstedt is a small, idyllic village on the Bodden of the same name, just a few kilometres from the beach.
The holiday home with approx. 70 square metres of living space is located near Zingst on the Bodden in the crane resting area. The well-kept garden with a large playground on a plot of approx. 750 square metres invites you to play and linger.
The house impresses with its open-plan concept. On the ground floor is the kitchen, which is open to the living room and dining area. The bathroom and the bedroom on the ground floor are lockable. The free-standing staircase leads to the open-plan upper floor. There are 3 further sleeping areas. There is also a fireplace, a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, fire basket, a bicycle storage room and car parking spaces.
The holiday home is connected to the fibre optic network and WLAN is available.
The nearest shopping facilities are within a radius of approx. 5 km in Barth with e.g. Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Famila, Stolz etc.
The village offers our guests a harbour, a bathing area, which is approx. 1 km away from the house, 3 restaurants. Passenger boats and cycle paths are suitable for excursions in the surrounding area. There are very good opportunities for anglers, sailors and surfers.
