Just short walk distance from famous Old City and breath taking cost views, Villa Franov is an accommodation renovated just last year with everything that you need for cozy vacation including swimming pool and beautiful yard where you and your family can have lovely summer barbecue dinner parties by the pool. Providing a terrace, this villa also provides guests with a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, as well as two bathrooms with showers and washing machine. We are located in the center of Zadar with four private parking spots. Villa is just 10 minutes walking distance from Old city, Sea organ and Greetings to the Sun,while Beach Kolovare is 1500m away. We have four parking spots and outside terace! Pets are allowed but with additional payment. If you have extra questions or requests we will be happy to help you!

This ground is large about 250 qm and you have it all for yourself. You can sit and enjoy yourself outside where we also have a barbecue for outdoor parties. If you like sports, across the road we have a basketball and football court and also a running track.

The house offers an open plan living-/dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to seven persons.

Nearby (200 m) is a little shopping mall where you have wellness, supermarket, cinema, gym, fashion stores, pharmacy, caffe bars and more. You can also go to new opened fun park Mirnovec that is 30 minutes away by car. There is also bus station 300 meters away so you can easy go through all the city by bus.

Zlatko picks you up in the old harbor Fosa in Zadar, then it goes to Preko on the island Ugljan past the offshore island Osljac. For typical Croatian lunch in Kali Isabella Franov welcomes you in her apartment house, from where you can enjoy the breathtaking view over the bay to Zadar. After lunch, we will snorkel in a sandy bay for swimming and relax in the direction of Kukljica, between the islands of Pasman and Ugljan. After a refreshing swim, Zlatko heads for Zadar and then along the coast, which invites you to stay longer, to Zadar in the Old Port Fosa. Once there, an unforgettable day with good friends ends. The second possible tour goes through Long Island to National park Kornati, one of the most magical places in Croatia. This group of more than 100 islands and cliffs will seduce you at first sight as you ride along. There is also the possibility of not entering the Park just tour to islands near the Kornati for that you just send us a message with your request! But there are also a lot of other attractions and activities that Zadar offers! River Zrmanja is just 50 min driving distance from our Villa Franov, you can spend a day on a water safari canoeing along Croatia's Zrmanja river as you encounter waterfalls and easy rapids, hidden swimming pools, and a steep-sided canyon! Furthermore, you can have a daily excursion on Plitvice Lakes, the breathtaking beauty of Croatia’s Dinaric Mountains where you walk in beautiful surroundings of forests of green. See the terraced lakes and waterfalls of crystal clear water flowing through a vast and lush environment. Or you can relax on a beautiful daily boat trip through Kornati National Park ( we made you offer for the trip below so take a look! ) There are many more possibilities that Zadar offers like Krka, little islands that you can visit in the Zadar archipelago, taste homemade local olive oil, and vine, etc. If you want there is also the possibility of buying homemade hosts olive oil or vine!
