This romantic holiday house is a 100 year old traditional stone house that has only recently in 2003 been lovingly renovated. It is located in the heart of Kukljica. Kukljica is a picturesque village in the south-eastern part of the island Ugljan. The location offers everything you need for a relaxing vacations.

The large, shaded terrace in front of the house is furnished with a table and chair. It is a nice space to have meals or just relax after a long day at the beach. Hot tub an external shower and new bulit heated pool.

The house has a living space of 105 m² and consists of an open plan living-/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. It can accommodate up to five persons.

The village offers an ideal vacations for everyone looking for a quiet and intimate space for the family. On the other side in 5 minutes walk You can be in the heart of all events in the village.
