This holiday apartment is on a quiet street near the harbour. It is on the first floor of the house. The pretty little apartment in a quiet part of Premantura affords a beautiful view of the sea and Medulin.
The bedroom and the living room provide access to the balcony with garden furniture. Enjoy the beautiful view with a cup of coffee at breakfast time, or a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment has a parking space in front of the building.
The modern holiday apartment provides 49m² of living space and is suitable for two people. It consists of a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a large balcony. The living room has air conditioning, a comfortable sofa suite an a flatscreen TV, as well as a dining space next to it for four people. In the rear part of the room there is the kitchen, fully-equipped with a stove (gas and electric), oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The entrance area and the kitchen are separated from the living room by airy curtains. The comfortable bedroom is laid with parquet flooring and has a double bed 160cm wide with bedside tables, a big wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The bathroom with light tiles has a window and is fitted with a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. A free Internet connection is available.
Premantura is a peaceful little town near one of the most beautiful beaches in Istria and the Kap Kamenjak nature reserve. The nearest beach is about 400 metres away. It is about 350 metres into the town centre with its restaurants and shops.
You can hire bicycles near the apartment. Dogs have to be kept on the leash.
