Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The village centre with restaurants, supermarkets and bars can be reached on foot in 600m.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor of the apartment building with a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and the offshore islands. There is a good water sports infrastructure (boat, surf and SUP hire) as well as beach volleyball, tennis and football courts. The centre of Premantura is 600m away. There you will find numerous restaurants, a fruit and vegetable market as well as supermarkets and bakeries. The Kamenjak Nature Park can be reached by bike from the flat in 5 minutes.
