The villa is at the Kamenjak Cape in a top position in Premantura, the southernmost tip of the peninsula, 300 metres from the centre and 150 metres from the sea.
There is a private pool (8 x 4m) outside, with a sea view on all sides. Enjoy life on the terrace, in the sunshine on the garden chairs or loungers, or make yourself comfortable on the balcony on the first floor. Parking space in front of the house.
The modern villa was built in 2015 and has three floors. The ground floor (three rooms) and the first floor (two rooms) are available for holiday lets, each providing an individual apartment with bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. The centrepiece of the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen, a modern sofa suite and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The kitchen provides everything you need, including a fridge, freezer compartment, stove, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a dishwasher to facilitate washing up. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, while the third has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. There are two bathrooms with a shower. The first floor has another living room and a second open kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only difference between the ground floor and the first floor is the number of bedrooms. The beds measure 180 x 200cm. It is possible to add supplementary beds for two people. Each room has air conditioning.
The sea is 150 metres away and the nature reserve is just a few hundred metres away. Cape Kamenjak is the southernmost tip of the peninsula. It offers 30km of wonderful beach, ideal for nature lovers. The centre with restaurants and shops is 300 metres away. It is 15km to the airport.
