The beautiful 2019 built Villa Suprema Premantura with a 9 x 4 m private pool, located at the tip of the Istrian peninsula is only a short walk of about 15 minutes from the nearest beach of the protected landscape of Cape Kamenjak. It is the perfect accommodation for two families or a group (up to 8 people) looking for a luxurious holiday on the magnificent Adriatic Sea.
The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms spread over the ground floor and first floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. From the spacious ground floor with an open concept consisting of the living and dining area, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, you have direct access to the covered terrace and the pool area. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom (and direct access to the garden). On the ground floor there is also an entertainment room with a pool table and table football (with an additional fridge), as well as a wellness room with a Finnish sauna including a walk-in shower and a mini fitness area. The first floor offers 3 further bedrooms with double beds (max. 2 persons each) with balcony and terrace, one of which is equipped with separable beds. There is also a fully equipped laundry room. All rooms are bright and airy and offer wonderful views of the surrounding area.
The garden is large and fenced to ensure privacy. There is also a large car park on the plot with a secure automatic gate. You can enjoy your meals outside on the terrace, where there is a large table for 10 people and a barbecue. The private heated pool (9×4 metres) and outdoor shower provide plenty of refreshment on warm summer days. Afterwards you can relax on one of the 8 sun loungers. WiFi is available throughout the house and you can also connect your music from your mobile phone to the outdoor speaker system. The lawn irrigation system ensures that the surroundings are kept nice and green. At the back of the house you will find an outdoor table tennis table.
There is also a lockable room for storing bicycles. A travel cot and high chair are also available.
The small village of Premantura is located at the beginning of the headland that leads to Cape Kamenjak. The cape marks the southern tip of Istria. The headland or peninsula is almost ten kilometres long and 1.5 kilometres wide. However, most of the peninsula is a nature reserve. Country lanes lead through a rugged rocky landscape overgrown with bushes and shrubs, at the end of which the Porer lighthouse towers above the peninsula, surrounded by bays with rocky and pebbly beaches. The distance to the nearest beach is approx. 0.5 km. The village centre with restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 200 m away. A somewhat larger supermarket with a petrol station, pharmacy and cash machine is about 4 km away.
