This holiday stone house is located in a small medieval village called Galižana, just five kilometres from Pula and the sea.

The air-conditioned holiday home on the ground floor has 80m² of living space spread over two floors. The large living room is furnished with a cosy corner sofa and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The fold-out sofa here can also be used as a bed (1.60 x 2m). The open-plan kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and has a fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, oven and all important electrical appliances such as microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a guest WC. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed (1.80m wide) and the other with two single beds (each 90cm wide). The owner will be happy to provide you with a baby cot and a high chair free of charge. The large bathroom is equipped with towel heating, a large washbasin and a walk-in shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer. A washing machine is also available. WLAN is available free of charge throughout the house.

From the bedroom on the upper floor, you step out onto the balcony, which overlooks the garden and from which you can enjoy the view of the island of Brijuni and the sea. From the living room you can access the terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Adjacent to this is the large garden, where you will find the approx. 3.5 x 7 metre pool with a depth of approx. 1.3 metres. On the enclosed plot in front of the house there is another terrace, as well as the two parking spaces, which are for your private use. 1-3 pets are allowed on request.

In the village of Galižana you will find various shopping facilities as well as bars and a restaurant. The large town of Pula (5 km) is just a few minutes' drive away and offers numerous shopping and sightseeing opportunities.
