Owing to its open layout, the apartment appears very spacious and has a studio character. It totals around 58m², including the gallery, and provides a large sleeping area with a double bed and a three-quarter sofa for one person, and a generous cooking and dining area. A beautiful wooden staircase from the sleeping area leads up to the gallery, with two to three further beds. The bathroom has a bath. Apart from the gallery, the whole apartment features light and appealing floor tiles.
This holiday apartment, located between the centre of Pula and the beach in the Veruda Porat district, is the ideal starting point for trips and activities. The apartment is on a side street in a quiet and clean residential area near the yacht harbour Marina Veruda.
The nearest restaurant and shop are about 100 metres away.
The balcony stretching the whole width of the house is accessible from the bedroom and from the dining area and is furnished with a garden table and chairs. The site of around 480m² is fenced and planted with olive and fig trees and other Mediterranean plants, and also has a beautiful, large grill area with seating. Shaded parking spaces for 4-5 cars are available.
