Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes' drive away in Tar. On the fenced property of 700 m², guests have at their disposal a well-kept garden, pool, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue and seating, and 2 parking spaces. Children's playground, basketball and football fields are only 150m away. The owner occasionally lives in a separate building at the same property, but the garden and pool are exclusively available to guests.
