Location of the flat: My holiday flat is located in the holiday settlement of Cervar-Porat, 6 km from the town of Porec. The public beach is only 200 metres from the flat. It is right at the end of the road and can be easily reached on foot, in your bathing suit or bathrobe. Cafés, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, supermarkets and the post office are just 100 metres away.
What can you do here? The nearby public beach is tidy and clean, has a lovely pebble beach, a large slide and a café/snack bar. There are also many beautiful natural beaches with rocks and pebbles nearby, which are also suitable for children. There are also many excursion options in the area for sporting and cultural enrichment. There are many cycle paths from Cervar-Porat, which are signposted and family-friendly as they avoid busy roads. The coast and wind conditions are excellent for windsurfers. For paragliders, there is a suitable launch site nearby with good thermal conditions. Other sporting activities are also available nearby.
The area is rich in natural beauty, such as the Baredine stalactite cave, the Mirna River or the Istarske Toplice bathing harbour. The towns of Porec, Novigrad and Motovun invite you to take interesting day trips into the Middle Ages and antiquity.
If you like eating out, there are many good restaurants in the town and the surrounding area. Try dishes with truffles, which are found in the Mirna river valley!
Flat facilities: The flat has been freshly refurbished and now has an additional WC with washing facilities on the upper floor. The bathroom on the lower floor is also newly renovated and modernly equipped. Pictures will follow. So you will spend your holidays in a newly equipped and refurbished flat.
My holiday flat has 39 m² and offers space for up to 4 adult guests or 2 adults and 2 children. The entrance is via an external staircase and a gallery on the second floor of a residential building. In addition to the gallery in front of the entrance to the flat, it also has two balconies (one on the south side and one on the north side). It therefore offers many opportunities to spend time in the fresh air and sunshine. It has a small, fully equipped kitchen in the hallway directly by the entrance and the gallery, a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a double bed. The flat has two floors. The entrance, hallway, kitchen, bathroom and living room are on the lower floor. The bedroom is on the upper floor and can be reached via a staircase from the living room. In front of the bedroom is a nice balcony facing south to the courtyard and from it you have a view of the sea, which is somewhat limited by neighbouring buildings. In the street in front of the building there is ample free parking and you can see your car from the north balcony of the flat.
There is a lot of nature in the immediate vicinity and you can go jogging or cycling.
The place is very pleasant, quiet and familiar.
