The holiday Apartments are situated in Rogoznica only 30m from from the clear blue Adriatic sea.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. Please contact our Customer Service if it contains any gaps.

The house offers two holiday apartments: A (ground floor) and B (first floor). The apartments are suitable for families, couples and groups of friends.

Each apartment can accommodate 4 people and has one bedroom, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Extras include WIFI, air-conditioning, satellite TV and private parking space.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, electric kettle, and a washing machine. The bathroom is complete with hairdryer.

Towels and bedlinen : changed weekly.

The neighbourhood

Rogoznica, a warm and quiet town at the end of North Dalmatia. It extends for almost 50 km of coastline, and it’s the perfect place to relax with your family and friends. Eager boaters are drown to one of the safest and loveliest ports on the Adriatic. Gravel and rock fill the beaches, and each district offers numerous hidden beaches in small coves. Rogoznica is known for a wide range of entertainments and cultural events, organized by the Tourist Board, that bring a special atmosphere to its streets.

The center of Rogoznica sits on a peninsula whose old stone houses are maintained, giving the waterfront an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. The pine-covered peninsula is ideal for walking and other types of recreation.
Climate – The area surrounding the town of Rogoznica is located in the center of the Croatian coastal region that lies in the southernmost part of the Šibenik-Knin County, adjacent to the Split-Dalmatia County. On Capes Ploce or Planka, the jugo and bura winds collide, and warm and cold currents meet. The climate is one of Rogoznica’s most attractive features, and the area has an average of 2,600 sunny hours per year. During the four summer months, there are only four to seven rainy days on average.
