The 900-year-old picturesque town of Petrcane is located in a beautiful bay, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. On extremely clean sandy, stone and pebble beaches you can rest your body and soul in the shade of pine trees. Its geographical location is suitable for trips to Kornati, Krka waterfalls, Paklenica and Plitvice Lakes. Near the beach you will find cafes, bars and restaurants. Zadar is a historical city with museums, a market, good shopping.
If you want to swim, hike, cycle, walk or just read a book, you can do all of it in Gornje Petrcane. It's a place to relax in a peaceful surrounding or immerse yourself in the Croatian history and culture, with top tourist attractions in Zadar.
The house was built on a 2000 m² plot (surrounded by pool, olive, cherry and mandarine trees, figs, pomegranates ...), lovingly furnished and about 900 m from the sea, in the quiet upper part of the village. The apartment has 65 m², with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room. The apartment is comfortable, air-conditioned and completely equipped (wifi, satellite TV, washing machine and a dishwasher). There is large sunny terrace, sunny pool, private entrance with a driveway, parking is ensured in front of the house.
Zadar is a city monument, surrounded by historical ramparts, a treasury of the archaeological and monumental riches of ancient and medieval times, Renaissance and many contemporary architectural achievements such as the first Sea Organ in the world.
