From the bedrooms you have a view of the mountains in the hinterland. The property is located in a cul-de-sac in the centre of a small fishing village. The view of the panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location make this property a favourite: In addition to the 16 square metre covered balcony, there is also a terrace with barbecue facilities in front of the house. Various restaurants, a small supermarket and a beach bar are just around the corner.

Excursions:
If you have had enough of a beach holiday, you can go on excursions to the Zrmanja River (Winnetou filming location), an off-road vehicle trip in the Paklenica National Park or a boat trip to round off your holiday. Adventure-seekers will also get their money's worth in Maslenica, for example with a bungee jump from the famous Maslenica Bridge, while the nearby harbour town of Zadar with its legendary Ledana and Maraschino clubs is recommended for night owls.

The fine-grained beach of Ribnica is gently sloping, so there are no limits to daily bathing fun, even with small children.
