The house is close to the beach (cca200m) This two-storey holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac, in a pretty, quiet area, about 1200 metres outside the town centre. The beach and shopping facilities are nearby. The owners of the house live next door and the holiday home offers 65 m² of living space for 4 people. The hallway on the ground floor leads to the living room with kitchen. There is a seating area with sofa and TV as well as the open-plan kitchen with dining counter, which is equipped with cooker, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, and direct access to the balcony from the living room. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor, while the two bedrooms and the second shower room are on the upper floor. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and air conditioning. There is a small balcony in front of the bedroom, which offers a marvellous view of the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can easily be put together and has its own balcony with garden furniture. It is partially covered and offers sea views. There is another small balcony on the upper floor in front of the first bedroom. You can park your car in the private car park directly in front of the house. If necessary, another car can easily be parked in a nearby street and the Wi-Fi internet connection can be used free of charge. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area outside the city centre, close to everything. From the town of Crikvenica is about 1200m and the promenade along the beach you can reach the town centre. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, from which it is possible to walk out into the forest and park right on the beach 150m. The park is located a little adrenaline park is suitable for adults and children's games. A larger shopping centre is located about 50m (if you go by car, you will avoid the crowds of the city) near the house as well as the small shops, bars, restaurants. The beach is pebble beach it is possible to rent a boat, balloon rides, etc.. The owners live right next to the house. You can also relax in your own jacuzzi.
