This holiday home in the green heart of Istria is located on the edge of the village of Rezanci, is stylishly furnished and offers you every comfort. The property is approx. 19 km from the sea.
It has a fenced plot of approx. 1100 m2, a 50 m2 outdoor pool and a jaccuzi for six people, eight sun loungers, two large parasols, dining tables for up to ten people and a barbecue in the pool area, a children's playground and private parking for three cars. The indoor and outdoor areas are connected by a spacious terrace, where parents can enjoy a wide view of everything going on around the pool. The pool area also includes an outdoor hot tub for six people, where you can spend even more relaxing time during the summer months. To complete the stay, the homeowners also provide guests with a plot of land below the holiday complex for shared use with the guests of holiday property 951960. The children's playground is also located there.
In the house there are three bedrooms with double beds (width 1.8m), satellite TV and bathroom on the ground floor and one bedroom with two single beds (can be joined together, width 90cm each), satellite TV and bathroom on the first floor. All bathrooms have a bath or shower, WC and bidet. There is also a sofa bed for two people in the living room and a separate guest WC in the anteroom. A toddler bed, which can be placed in any room, is available. The interior design meets today's standards, a special feature is certainly the underfloor heating and cooling in all rooms. Such cooling systems offer significantly better cooling of the interior, without noise and draughts. Wii games console for the little ones and older children, satellite TV, CD player and radio are available in the living room.
The village football pitch is also only 150 metres from the holiday home and can be used by our guests in consultation with the village community. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of our own forest and is the last house on the outskirts of the village. The location is ideal for running, hiking or walking the dog. Attractions, art and culture in the surrounding area that are ideal for day trips include the Roman Colosseum in Pula (25 km), the truffle town of Motovun (30 km), the beautiful town of Rovinj (20 km) or the Aqua Park in Porec (40 km), which is certainly interesting for children. The landlords can also organise horse riding excursions and buggy tours on request. Shopping facilities can be found within two kilometres and restaurants within four kilometres.
