The yard of 600 m2 is completely fenced and contains a beach (around the pool), outdoor shower, barbecue, direct exit to the central park and 2 parking spaces. The 4 bedrooms can accommodate a total of 8 people - the rooms have 3 double beds and 2 single beds. One or two children can sleep in the living room on the sofa bed.2 bathrooms are equipped with shower (ground floor), bath (1st floor) and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen features all the necessary household appliances including oven, fridge and dishwasher. The meal can be served on a spacious dining table for 6 persons. Excursion possibilities : We can organize small airplane sightseeing above Pula region and islands,wine tasting, olive oil tasting excursions, boat rides. Location description : 4 km from the house is the first major city - Vodnjan. The house is 12 km away from the beach in Peroj and 18 km from Pula Airport. The supermarket Konzum is 4 km from the villa. The restaurants "Buffalo" and "Vodnjanka" are located 4 km away from the house. Famous Vodnjan's parish church keeps 370 relics belonging to 250 different saints. It took 40 years of construction and 13 thousand golden ducats to finally build the church in 1800. Children's lodge with 2 slides, swing and trampoline on the central park of the resort will provide a lot of fun to your kids. You can also take a walk along the small stream and the wooden bridge.
