Beautiful and comfortable VILLA HABA is located in the settlement of Šišan, near Pula, in a very quiet location, only 4 km from the sea. This charming villa with pool extends on a plot of 600 m2, of which 100 m2 is living space, and offers an oasis of relaxation, ideal for a retreat from everyday life, with a beautiful sunset.

The area around the pool enchants with its expanse and sun loungers, as well as an outdoor terrace with parasol for perfect outdoor relaxation. Villa Haba offers amenities such as a car park with 2 parking spaces, a separate WC with washing machine, a large cupboard in the entrance area where you can store most larger items such as suitcases, as well as a storage room for bicycles, stand-up paddle boards and other sports equipment. There is also a barbecue.
