“Alla Collina del Sole” is a comfortable part of a house set in a sunny and scenic position on the hills north of Lucca within the small village of Ciciana. Situated within a lovely landscape cut into smooth hills, with vineyards and olive groves, the holiday home provides a pleasant and relaxing place to spend your holidays. An external area equipped with a table and chairs, a well cared terraced garden and a pool (above the ground, octagonal shape, made of wood 5x4 m, depth 1,40m) provide a further attraction for those who like to be outdoors and get the most out of long summer days. The surroundings of the house have a lot to offer to visitors who visit for the first time this region: quaint, little hamlets, historic villas with magnificent parks, delicious restaurants and the wine route which winds on the hills all around Montecarlo, the wine area of Lucca. Some of the most famous Tuscan towns such as nearby Lucca, Pisa and Florence are an ideal destination for a day trip. The coast with its famous seaside resorts such as Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi is likewise easy to reach by car. The house is for the sole use of the guests: the 1st floor is inhabited and remains closed whereas two rooms on the ground floor are for the use of the owners and therefore not accessible to the guests. The house is built on terraced grounds, the entrance is on the 1st floor. The interiors consist of: hallway, living room with 1 double sofa-bed, 2 armchairs, window with wonderful views onto the valley, 1 double bedroom (beds may be divided), 1 double bedroom, kitchen/dining room with stove/oven, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, dining table. A couple of steps lower: 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, wc and bidet. The outside of the house consist of a patio equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a terraced garden. From the house level some steps lead to the terrace below where guests have at their disposal a swimming pool. Parking space at roughly 30 m from the house along the road. Upon arrival guests will received a welcome pack from the owners with basic items.
