This beautiful, delightfully recently renovated country house is located in the Tuscan hills overlooking the mountains of olive groves and vineyards all the way to the sea (15 km) and is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in nature, close to the sea and the most beautiful Tuscan art cities.
This flat is about 45 square metres of living space for a maximum of 3 persons and is composed as follows: Living room-kitchen with kitchenette and sofa, with the possibility of adding a single bed in the living room, one double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed. Kitchen equipped with oven, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, various cooking utensils. Rustic bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.
Nice garden for exclusive use, fully enclosed, very suitable for animals and children. The space is exclusive and independent. It has a gazebo with a table, seating for 4, sun loungers and a brick barbecue.
Castellina Marittima (350m) is one of the villages with the most beautiful sea view in Tuscany.
There are all the shops to buy Italian specialities (supermarket, bakery, butcher and small shops). In addition, there are some small, cosy restaurants where you can enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Within a radius of 1 hour's drive are the maritime cities of Pisa and Livorno (1/2 hour), the cultural metropolis of Florence (1 hour), the ancient Borgo of Lucca with its beautiful historic centre (1 hour), the wine village of Bolgheri (20 min), the alabaster city of Volterra (3/4 hour), the Etruscan city of Populonia and the famous tower of San Gimignano, Siena, etc. They are among the most popular destinations for a day trip. A trip to Rome is worthwhile. The Eternal City can be reached in 2.5 hours by car.
Worth mentioning is the proximity to the Lama Tzong Khapa Buddhist Institute in Pomaia just 5 km away, the most important Buddhist centre in Europe.
