The holiday home with a living space of 220 square metres was built around 1750 as a half-timbered house With 6 double rooms, each with its own bathroom on suite, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with space for up to 12 people, this house is perfect for families and friends who want to spend a nice time together. The holiday home was extensively renovated and completely refurbished by May 2023 and has been awarded the highest rating of 5 stars by the German Tourism Association.
Each of the 3 bedrooms on the first floor has its own new bathroom with window, a box-spring bed and a 40" flat-screen TV. A further 3 bedrooms on the second floor have their own bathroom with window. The holiday home is located on a main road in a 30-metre zone in the listed area of Karden, and a large sauna house with a 24 m² sauna/relaxation room is available for your exclusive use. The large enclosed garden of 450 m² is bathed in sunshine and allows an unobstructed view directly into the vineyards.
