The flat is quietly located in an apartment complex in the immediate vicinity of the spa gardens of Sankt Andreasberg, surrounded by beautiful old beech trees. The flat block is a terraced building on a slope. The design of the house means that you sit on the terrace surrounded by green treetops. You can enjoy the sun on the terrace all afternoon and evening. The view extends to the mountains and valleys of the Oberharz opposite. Enjoying the sunset is a special experience.
The flat house is a terraced building on a slope. The design of the house allows you to sit on the terrace surrounded by green treetops. Nothing stands in the way of a nice barbecue evening on the large, partially covered terrace, as you have a Weber electric barbecue at your disposal during your stay. Illuminated car parking spaces are located directly at the house. Use of the car park is of course free of charge. Pets are allowed on request.
With a living space of approx. 39 m², this accommodation offers enough space for three people and has been completely refurbished. The living room/bedroom has a double bed (1.60 metres wide), two armchairs with a small table, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a dining table with seating, free WiFi and landline telephone. An extra bed can also be placed here on request. The fitted kitchen, which is also located in the room, is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and a filter coffee machine and a pod coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, hand wash soap and cosmetic tissues. Small conveniences such as sewing kit, handkerchiefs, a collection of games, woollen blankets for the balcony etc. have also been thought of. A sustainable energy supply is important to the owners, which is why the flat is supplied with green electricity from environmentally friendly energy sources.
Enjoy your stay in the highest mountain town in the Harz Mountains, the climatic health resort of Sankt Andreasberg. The national park community lies at an altitude of 600 to 900 metres and a natural paradise awaits you here at any time of year. The town centre with all shopping facilities is within walking distance. If you don't want to cook, there are several nice restaurants in the neighbourhood that you can easily reach on foot.
