The bay window overlooking the dining area showcases the entire hillside setting and offers a glimpse of Louis-Nathan-Allee. The French doors with their French balconies on the south side are like viewing platforms overlooking a painting that changes with the seasons. During the leafless period, the entire village is visible. Spring and summer create a symphony of green, which fades slowly into a vibrant display of color in autumn. The southwest-facing terrace off the living area and the access from the spacious bedroom lead directly from the grassy grounds into the adjacent park.
