The functionally equipped bungalows in the forest municipality Borkheide are situated in richly forested surroundings and about 250 to 500 metres from all amenities. It is about 10 minutes to the Borkheide train station, with hourly trains to Berlin (about 45 minutes to the Berlin main train station) and Dessau. The proximity to the A9 motorway (ca. 6km) ensures quick connections to the beautiful surrounding area or to shopping towards Potsdam and Berlin.

The newly developed wooden bungalows are for 2 to max. 4 people, providing a kitchen corner, a bathroom, a living room and a bedroom, furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. The living room has a large double bed, satellite TV and a sitting corner. The bedroom is furnished with two beds (convertible if required) and storage space in cupboards. The bathroom has a WC, shower cubicle and washbasin. The bathroom and living room can be heated with electric convection heaters. The kitchen corner equipped with a fridge, induction hob and small appliances allows you to prepare meals like at home.

Each bungalow has its own designated terrace with a table and chairs. Parking spaces are available on site. For sociable gatherings in poor weather, there is a further bungalow on site with a kitchen unit, a cosy sitting corner and a large dining table for 6-8 people. It can be used on request for a small fee.

It is possible to hire bicycles (for a fee) and a grill can be provided free of charge.

Three are two local supermarkets (with bakery and butcher), a post office and gastronomic establishments, for everyday requirements. From around mid-May to mid-September you can use the Waldbad Borkheide pool, about a 5-minute walk away, to cool off and relax. The Europa cycle path R1, which runs right through the locality, is recommended for cycling enthusiasts. Everyone can discover the many recreational activities and places of interest for themselves.
