New and reasonably priced: Offer nice two room guest flat in Alt-Marzahn. The flat is located in a two-family house on the upper floor. It is very well equipped and can be occupied by 2 persons. The two-family house is in a beautiful, green and quiet location. The two-room flat has a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses) as well as a separate kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer/dishwasher combination and an electric cooker.
