The flat price is the same all year round. The beds are made on arrival. Towelling costs per person and change. Kitchen linen is included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the flat! (Smoking is permitted on the balcony.) If additional costs are incurred, these will be charged afterwards. If an intermediate cleaning is required during the stay, this will be charged at cost (please contact the key holder). The additional costs such as bed and bathroom linen, the final cleaning and a deposit are to be paid in cash when the keys are handed over. The deposit will be returned to you when you hand over the keys if everything is in order.
