On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen and living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The second room for a third guest is located in the attic. A lovely outdoor area with a terrace, barbecue, pool, and comfortable garden furniture allows you to enjoy Mallorca's characteristically good weather. There is air conditioning in the kitchen and living room. The house is powered by solar panels. Perfect location for exploring every corner of the island.
