Holiday home Pol for 6 people in Portocolom, Mallorca, for rent. The villa is located in a quiet residential area of the picturesque coastal town of Porto Colom, one of Mallorca's largest natural harbours. Porto Colom has retained the charm of a traditional fishing village, where you can still see fishermen mending their nets on the quay. The town boasts beautiful sandy coves and offers amenities such as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and small shops. Water sports facilities are also available.
The Pol holiday home is a two-storey house. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living/dining area with glass doors to the garden. The spacious kitchen has a breakfast table and access to a small veranda with table and chairs. There is also a double bedroom and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. A utility room with washing machine and an additional fridge is also located on this floor.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers access to a private terrace with garden furniture - ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. The second bedroom has two single beds.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned with limited hours of use.

The inviting outdoor area with veranda is perfect for al fresco dining. On long summer days, you can refresh yourself in the pool and relax under the pergola with its retractable awning.
