Villa Marina Nova is located between Pollensa and Alcudia, around 3 km. to the lovely old town of Pollensa, and is set in lovely mature gardens perfect for enjoying the Majorcan countryside.

It is a lovely semidetached villa with great views across to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains behind Pollensa.

Inside there is an open plan rustic style kitchen with modern conveniences such as dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, etc. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofa and two armchairs, a woodburning stove and a large flat screen TV with satellite channels.
