Townhouse 200 meters from sea/beach sleeps 6 persons. This Townhouse is located in an old fishing village called 'Es Molinar' in Palma de Mallorca.

This Townhouse is located in an old fishing village called 'Es Molinar' in Palma de Mallorca.

Molinar combines the advantages of living in a small seaside town, such as tranquility and proximity to the beach; located just 5 minutes walk from the house; and also offers a variety of facilities to make your stay enjoyable. It is a nice town house of 110 square meters located 250 meters away from the sea and beach.

The house has two levels plus the roof terrace of 70 square meters. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bedroom with bath and shower and other with shower. Baby cot is available on request. The roof terrace is perfect for lunch or dinner and to enjoy the fresh breeze from the sea, also at the courtyard-patio on the ground floor level.

The house is equipped with amenities you can expect: TV with dual cables, wifi, hot/cold air-conditioning in all the rooms, baby cot available, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, oven, washing machine etc.

It is a perfect place for holiday which is close to the city of Palma to enjoy shopping, museums, explore the old town and culture and also it is close to the beach where you can chill with the beautiful ocean view.

The townhouse is located in a perfect area only 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes by bus to the center of Palma and its shopping streets and culture. You can cycle on the seafront promenade to the center of Palma. It's only 15 minutes away to the closest local beaches of Portixol, Ciudad Jardín, Can Pastilla or Arenal. You will need a car only if you are planing to explore the whole island.

You will also find a variety of lovely bars for beautiful sunset views over the sea. The best paellas, seafood and fresh fish restaurants trendy bars, typical Majorcan cuisine and international dishes are here in this area.

The house is just minutes walk from the Portixol beach, which is the perfect place for a swim. Perfect for all sorts of sport activities such as snorkelling, windsurfing, paddle, sailing, fishing, and much more from the small club Nautico of Molinar.

There are a variarety of shops, supermarket, pharmacy, newspapers kiosk, bakery and also a gym with heated swimming pool, tennis court and others are all also close by.

This is the perfect place for a family holiday or with friends.

Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 40 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.

The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.

Through small daily gestures and changes in our daily habits, we can contribute to a significant change in the ways of a more sustainable and respectful consumption with our planet, just by regulating the temperature of air conditioners approximately heat at 21ºC and and cooling at 23ºC, and by ventilating the house well in the summer mornings.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.

We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.

There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

Prices for this property are in Euros.

Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.

Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request.

Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee which can be paid in cash on arrival.

All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
